3. SMS / Text Messaging

    By providing your phone number and submitting a booking, you consent to receive appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS from CoilRenew at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  

We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages. SMS communications are limited to service-related notifications (appointment confirmations, technician en-route alerts, and follow-ups directly related to your booking).

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business:

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
